    Description

In the context of the glass production of Johann Loetz Witwe, the term “Ausführungen” refers to those designs from around 1905 onward that generally dispense with combed or trailed threads and bands.
The vase with the decor “Ausführung 9” combines a Creta ground with applied handles featuring silver-yellow overlays. The spherical body is encircled by six applied handles, arranged at varying heights around the vessel. This decor ranks among the rarer Loetz “Ausführungen.”
