    Description

The product range of the Werkstätte Hagenauer included a series of wall, hand, and tabletop mirrors, with many of the designs featuring characteristic Hagenauer figures.
The hand mirror, made of nickel-plated brass, showcases the distinctive combination of functionalism and playful elegance typical of Hagenauer. While the round mirror is kept in a simple, unframed shape, the handle stands out with its delicate, open-work design and a stylized, elongated figure that serves as an ornamental decoration.

The elegant Art Deco design lends the mirror a timeless modernity. A drawing of the handle with the model number 2239-4 is documented in the Hagenauer workshop’s sample book.
