Description
Christian Ludwig Attersee is one of Austria’s best-known painters. He received international recognition after participating at the documenta 6 in Kassel in 1977 and the Biennale di Venezia in 1984. From 1990 to 2009, Attersee also held a chair in painting at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. A large solo exhibition was held at the Kunstforum in Vienna in honor of his 80th birthday.
