In 1900, the company Johann Loetz-Witwe Klosterm\u00fchle made its international breakthrough at the world exhibition in Paris with its richly coloured glasses.
\nThe decor variant Medici or Phenomen Gre 2\/484 was very successful for the Loetz company. The combination of strongly shimmering silver oxide tongues and bright colours precisely met the taste of their customers.
\nOur piece is particularly finely executed. The surface is highly iridescent from the base to the open neck. The four symmetrically arranged indentations make this iridescence particularly apparent. Individual spots on the vase absorb the light in different ways and accordingly shimmer in contrasting shades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
